We’re a voluntary organisation providing a valued service in the community, 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year.

Bolton Mountain Rescue Team is a registered charity, made up of entirely volunteers. We cover an area of approximatley 309 square miles. Our area extends from Darwen in the North, all the to Manchester Airport in the South and from Wigan in the West to the centre of Manchester in the East.
